Key Responsibilities:
• The candidate must possess strong experience in CPaaS solutions such
as Bulk SMS, Bulk Voice Calling, IVR, Toll-Free Numbers, Google RCS,
WhatsApp Business APIs, Cloud Call Centre solutions, and Enterprise
Email communication systems.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets
through effective lead generation, prospecting, and relationship
management.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand
existing customer relationships, and increase market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (presales, delivery, support)
to ensure seamless solution implementation for customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling cloud telephony
solutions to existing enterprise clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay
ahead in the competitive telecom landscape.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales with a focus on
telecom services.
Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through
successful account planning and execution.
Strong understanding of cloud telephony technologies and their
applications in various industries (BFSI, Retail).
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong
relationships with C-level executives at target accounts.
